The Key role that observations play in quantum physics inevitably leads to question about the nature of mind and consciouness, and their relationship with matter. The fact, once an observation has been made on a quantum system it s state (wave function) will generally change abruptly sounds akin to the idea of mind over matter. Most physicists do nor pursue the logic of the quantum theory to the ultimate extreme. They tacitly assume that somwhere at some level between atoms and Gieger counters, quantum physics somehow "turns into " Classical physics, in which the independent reality of tables, chairs and moons is never doubted. Bohr said that this metamorphisis required and irreversible act of amplification of the quantum disturbance, leading to a macroscopically detectable result. But he left it vaque as to exactly what this act entails.

Dear Maria Susana Dack, Thank you for you kind interest in our work on the connection between the fine structure of matter and consciousness. If you believe in a God, you will see everything as his (her) creation. If you believe in the energy of the universe, you will see all the potential beauty and richness of the world as laid down in the complex, dynamic structure of this fundamental energy. In this paper we have taken the latter approach. Most people believe that the great mystery of the world is beyond human understanding. We do not. The mystery is right here, at our fingertip, because we live in a friendly and open universe; so all we need to get knowledge is to ask deep questions like: What is the world? Why is it here? What is its nature? How can it be understood? These questions then give birth to often very complex visions of the hidden nature of the beautiful universe we all share. What we try to do is to formalise and share these visions. If we had asked religious questions, like "Who is God?" these questions would have been answered too. But other people have spent their life answering such questions, and our endeavour is to make the nature of the universe comprehensible in a way usable for integrative (health) science. Very interesting book. I wish people who are for creationism can get to understand that the energy that scientist are handling in their studies such "quartz" is the energy from GOD. God is the one that controls the chemical and biological interactions inside our cells. By his energy the cell division, to cell death is under control and the reason why diseases are damaging all living people is a consequence of us being separated from GOD. The bible tells us clearly in the book of Genesis that God is the alpha, and the omega... the beginning and the end. Therefore is "eternal". Eternal as everything that have been created. As we know very well all matter can not be destroyed but they are transformed. If we start for the search of our understanding in the spiritual area of biomolecules we might be able to find the correct answer... Anyway... the bible tells us the "the truth will be revealed" one day... to all os us... the truth of the real biochemical interactions, ... LIFE...
